Hotel Policies

Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in time: 14:00 pm
  • Check-out time: 12:00 pm
  • Regarding an early arrival we would like to inform you that in the garden area of the property free parking and waiting area is provided for you to stand by with free access to common WC/Shower.
  • Upon arrival, drop luggage is supported until the room is ready for check in.
  • Upon departure, in case of a late flight or ferry departure, luggage storage is also supported.

Reservation Policy

  • In order to ensure for both sides the validity of a reservation we usually ask for a prepayment of the first two nights.
  • This can be done with several methods such as Paypal transfer, Bank transfer or Revolut.

Payment Methods

  • Bank transfer, cash and credit cards are all supported methods of payment.

Children Policy

  • The maximum number of total guests in a double and triple room is two (2) and three (3) respectively. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
  • Baby cots for infants can be offered free of charge (applicable in specific rooms)

Climate Crisis Resilience tax

  • As of January 1st of 2024 the Ministry of Tourism in Greece has introduced a new form of the previously known "accommodation tax" (0.50€/night/room) which henceforth will be called as "Enviromental Tax". The new tax, "Environmental Tax", is charged per room, per night and must be collected from hotel guests upon check-in or during the check out process. The specific amount of the fee varies based on the hotel’s category and the period of the stay. In our property the value of the new tax will be 1,50€/night/room.

Pets

  • No pets are allowed

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is prohibited within the inside area of the rooms
  • Smoking is permitted on the balconies of the rooms and all outside areas.
