Two rooms, in total, of this type are available both located on floors, first and second at the front side of the building overlooking the parking area of the property. Recently renovated this type of accommodation is elegantly decorated, furnished with trendy furniture and equipped with basic amenities that will increase the extent of comfortability in your stay. The facilities of the room include private spacious terrace with shading system (tent with arms) and private bathroom where you’ll find all the essentials such as WC/Shower and useful bath amenities for your exclusive use.    

The “Double Studio with Garden View” offers a kitchen unit, at the inner area of the room,  which consists of a dual element stove top, shelves, extractor fan hood, fridge/refrigerator, electric sandwich maker and a sink dishwasher. Kitchen utensils are also provided. A large modern wardrobe will provide more than adequate space for hanging your clothes and also storage needs for your luggage. In addition the room contains a robust/handy desk which can be used as an ideal workspace for catching up professional and study activities or use as a dressing table.
